royal palace experience

professional staff quiet retreat breakfast choice spacious room

The staff were very professional. they offered useful tips. i found the rooftop to be a quiet retreat. Hearing the call to prayer around 7:00 am was nice. breakfast included sufficient choice and everything i needed, i thought. the room was spacious. the bed was comfortable.

during my stay, i noticed the room had limited natural light because of smaller windows and i consider this only a minor point.

the staff provided kind and prompt assistance. they were very helpful, i felt. massage services were available, i believe. the tea was excellent, we loved it.

panoramic views helpful staff

the rooftop terrace provided amazing panoramic views it had space for everyone. the reception staff greeted me always with a smile they were very helpful to me.

the double room felt super small it might be uncomfortable for two people with large suitcases.

the staff arranged an airport transfer and a bellhop waited at the main square (very helpful!). the room was spacious and comfortable. the pool offered a perfect way to cool down after a hot day.

i noticed the room had very poor natural light.

central location attentive staff small pool missing kettle

I greatly appreciated the central location. The riad is situated right in the heart of the medina. The staff was very attentive and helpful. They provided great service throughout my stay.

I found the pool to be quite small. It felt more like a large bathtub. My room lacked a kettle. This made it difficult to make tea or coffee in the mornings.
